Quotes and bookings

Quotes are free and without obligation. The scope, date and payment details of each service are confirmed with you before the cleaning.

Please let us know as early as possible (ideally at least 24 hours in advance) if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning.

You agree to provide safe access to the property, and to let us know in advance about pets or any special conditions or requests.

If something is not right after a cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it with you.
